All items purchased from PureSwazi.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Consumers can view or print a full record of the transaction that is maintained for a period of twelve months on the PureSwazi.com website.
Stock Availability
Due to the nature of the merchandise stocks of all goods on offer are limited. PureSwazi.com shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, PureSwazi.com shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders at advertised prices.
Restriction on Sales
Certain grass products may not be allowed into Australia, we recommend that you check with the relevant authority in your country if you have any concerns on any of the products offered on this site.
Special Offers
PureSwazi.com shall not be liable for the sale of items at lower prices if such prices were increased and users and/or purchasers could not, for any reason whatsoever, conclude an agreement of sale while such prices remained low.
If PureSwazi.com supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, PureSwazi.com will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special price, it will not be replaced and PureSwazi.com will refund the purchase price including delivery costs.
Gift Vouchers & Coupons
Gift vouchers and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coupons and are not transferable or assignable.
Gift vouchers may be assigned to registered users at PureSwazi.com.
Gift vouchers and coupons must be redeemed at PureSwazi.com towards the purchase of products listed in the online PureSwazi.com catalogue.

Refunds/Returns Policy
If the user is not satisfied with his/her choice and the product is still in mint condition, the user may return it within 7 days of receipt by the customer and PureSwazi.com will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs and handling fees).
One-off items may not be returned.
Any items that have been engraved may not be returned.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. No order can be cancelled after it has been shipped.
If PureSwazi.com supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, PureSwazi.com will exchange it for the correct one within 14 days of receipt from the customer of the defective item. PureSwazi.com will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, PureSwazi.com will refund the purchase price including delivery cost. Please note: Mouth blown glass products may have air bubbles in them; this is not a fault, merely a sign that that the item has been mouth blown.

We accept payment only by means of a credit card or debit card.
At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorization is obtained for the amount of the order.

If you do not wish to accept them, you must terminate this Agreement as described above.
Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Swaziland whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
